I am using R for plotting the learning curves of a binary classifier.
The example data is taken from a paper (
I am trying to reproduce the figure 2b from this paper.
I tried using plot with different options (including, xpd, etc) without luck.
Here’s the code I have so far:
plot(group1$Train, group1$Test)
plot(group2$Train, group2$Test)
plot(group3$Train, group3$Test)
plot(group4$Train, group4$Test)
plot(group5$Train, group5$Test)

And my figure look like:

Any suggestions are appreciated.

This is the same plot, but now using ggplot2 with groups= variable and scale_y_continuous(trans=’log’).
ggplot(df, aes(x = Train, y = Test))
